As a Personal Trainer, Aerobics Instructor and Certified Health & Life Coach I am extremely passionate about balanced health and wellness. Most people already know what to do to be healthier, the problem is they aren’t doing it. A Health Coach is a master of habit change. I help women create healthy habits which in turn creates healthy results and happiness. I guide you along the way so you can achieve your dreams and goals, and finally live the life you want and deserve. 

My Health and Wellness Coaching System is Categorized into 7 Phases: 

  1. Physical: The ability to get through your daily activities without fatigue or physical stress. We will look into your current exercise regimen, nutrition, and sleep. I offer more than 30 food plans based on your needs and goals. 
  2. Emotional/Mental: Realizing your own abilities, coping with daily stressors of life, working productively and contributing to society in a positive manner. We will focus on your self-esteem, confidence and emotions. 
  3. Intellectual: This aspect of wellness includes exercising and stimulating your mind, continually learning and practicing self-improvement. It includes being open to new ideas and experiences. We focus on goal setting, personal development, and tapping into your creative side. 
  4. Social: One’s ability to respectfully interact and relate with others and self. The focus is being able to foster and maintain positive, meaningful relationships. 
  5. Spiritual: Your spirituality gives you a set of guiding beliefs and values that provide you direction in life. This encompasses faith, hope, forgiveness, compassion, meditation, prayer, gratitude, and being in service to others. 
  6. Environmental: Your awareness to our earth and planet. Living in a manner that respects our earth and minimizes its harm by preserving resources. This helps make a positive impact on the quality of our homes, communities and planet. We will discuss your environment and how it is impacting you and others around you. 
  7. Occupational: Making use of your gifts and skills to enrich your life and those around you. It means having satisfaction with your career. It is the ability to get personal fulfillment from our jobs while still maintaining balance in our lives. We will dive into life/work balance, enjoying your career and your purpose in life.
